Our Services
All Healing Heroes programs offer the following services:
Group Therapy
Groups are exclusive to first responders and offer a supportive and inclusive environment to vent, share experiences, gain new perspectives, and develop a sense of community and belonging.
To accommodate all schedules, groups are offered throughout the week at different times of day, virtual & in-person.
Expressive Art Therapies
Therapies offering a creative and therapeutic approach, utilizing various artistic mediums such as visual arts, music, and writing to help individuals explore and express their emotions, enhance self-awareness, and foster personal growth and healing.
Offered in specialty group in cohorts to explore their experiences with peers.
Individual Therapy
Personalized one-on-one support to address a range of mental health concerns and life challenges, with the aim of improving emotional well-being, promoting personal growth, and developing effective coping strategies.
IOP sessions take place at least once a week and OP occur at least once a month.
Holistic Services
By addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of addiction and mental health, holistic treatments can help individuals achieve long-term recovery, and improve overall health and well-being.
Mindfulness-based group helps develop a greater sense of self-awareness and reduce stress.
Family Services
As loved ones begin to recover, it's crucial that thier family members have a safe space to process their own experiences. Relationships also need the support to heal and grow.
Services include: Family/Couples Therapy, Parenting or Co-parenting Consultations, Spouse Group, & therapy for family members.
Medical Nutrition Therapy
Personalized dietary guidance and education aimed at improving overall health and wellness, managing chronic conditions, and addressing specific nutritional needs through evidence-based dietary recommendations and behavior change support.
Includes nutrition assessments, personalized diet plans, and psycho-educational groups.
